The concept

Inspired by the protocol of Dr. Jean-Christophe Charrié, physician and reference author in phytotherapy. In his books, he describes a protocol that goes far beyond a simple detox: acting on inflammation, circulation, immunity, energy, skin radiance and even joint pain — gently, progressively, over 20 days.


This programme is based on a daily lemon preparation, taken alongside your usual meals throughout the day. A gentle, structured 20-day progression, designed to let the body adapt deeply.

What you need to know before signing up


🍋 How the protocol works

Every day, alongside your usual meals, you prepare and drink a lemon-based drink, boiled then pressed lemons, between 1 and 1.5L spread throughout the day. The progression is gentle and precise: a gradual build-up to a peak, then a slow come-down. This represents an average of 3,5 to 5,5 lemons per day, between 75 to 110 lemons in total, adjusted depending on the fruit you use.


I help you refine the quantities based on your situation, and guide you every step of the way.


🌿 Why organic is strongly recommended

The preparation uses the lemon in its entirety: the juice, of course, for its flavonoids, citric acid and antioxidant properties, and the zest, briefly boiled to extract the essential oils and bioactive compounds concentrated in the skin.

Using organic fruit helps avoid pesticides concentrated in both the zest and the juice.

⚗️ Lemon is acidic in the mouth… but alkaline in the body

Lemon has a pH of 2.5 — it remains acidic, even when diluted. But once it reaches the stomach, citric acid transforms into citrate, an alkaline substance. Its action throughout the body is therefore alkalising — which partly explains its effect on inflammation, joints and circulation.


✨ Two simple tips for optimal comfort

For those sensitive to acidity: a pinch of baking soda added to the preparation is enough to neutralise gastric discomfort, without affecting the benefits of the protocol.


To protect tooth enamel: rinse your mouth with plain water after each drink, or use a reusable straw. An easy reflex to build from day one.
