The session begins with an energetic cleansing of each participant’s space, followed by chakra harmonization and reactivation. Each person connects with their own energy, strengthening their protection and preparing body and mind to receive the healing.

A group welcome then allows setting a shared intention and connecting with your inner space.

During the session, Reiki is transmitted remotely, supporting the physical, emotional, and energetic balance of all participants.

A guided sophro-meditation, my signature practice, accompanies the session, helping to:
