Curious about Artificial Intelligence but not sure how it can serve you?
This workshop is designed to help you explore, in a simple and accessible way, how to use a tool like ChatGPT in your daily life — especially as part of a personal well-being journey.

✔ Learn how to approach AI with clarity and discernment

What to Expect
– Introduction to artificial intelligence and a guided hands-on session
– Practical well-being applications:
    • Nutrition and food labels, meal planning and organization
    • Everyday products: understanding ingredients, natural alternatives
    • Essential oils and personalized wellness routines
– Other helpful examples:
    • Finding a natural pharmacy alternative
    • Looking up a trusted practitioner
    • Understanding product labels in English, Chinese, or Japanese
– Key points to stay mindful:
    • How to verify information
    • Cross-checking sources
    • Maintaining critical thinking when using AI
– Live practice: ask questions, test features, explore confidently

By the end of this session…
You’ll be able to use ChatGPT for everyday well-being needs and walk away with a solid foundation to keep exploring, at your own pace.
