Homemade Gnocchi & Dark Chocolate Mousse

Flavorful recipes, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and ingredients that matter — welcome to a workshop for all epicureans who care about their well-being and are curious to discover a new way of cooking while treating themselves.

On the menu:

🔸 Potato gnocchi, a cherished recipe passed down from my grandmother in Nice, made with organic potatoes from ShiokFarm. The dough is shaped by hand for a soft, melt-in-the-mouth result.

We’ll enjoy them with two homemade sauces, one of which we’ll make together:
– A drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil & shaved parmesan
– Or a creamy blue cheese sauce, for those who love bold flavors

🔸 For dessert: a dark chocolate mousse made with 70% Callebaut chocolate — no added sugar, no dairy, simply crafted with whole organic eggs. The result? Light, rich in cocoa, and 100% indulgent. A minimalist yet stunning recipe, perfect for those who want intensity and lightness in every bite.

In this workshop, you will:
– Learn how to prepare homemade gnocchi from cooking to shaping
– Discover tips for getting the perfect texture without excess flour
– Make a deliciously rich yet simple dark chocolate mousse, with no compromise
– Leave with insights on how to cook healthier without sacrificing taste
– And above all, share a joyful, friendly tasting moment around the table

Almost all ingredients are organic and carefully selected. These recipes are tried and loved by my tribe — always in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
