The session begins with a short exchange to set the intention for the treatment, an invisible thread guiding each person’s energetic journey.
Comfortably settled, the body gradually releases tension as attention turns inward.
A Sophro-meditation™, my signature practice, then supports the reception of the Reiki treatment.
This approach combines the benefits of sophrology and guided meditation, gently guiding body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
In this state of conscious relaxation, Reiki energy is transmitted remotely, allowing each person to receive an energetic treatment while remaining fully present to their sensations.
A synergy of essential oils, carefully selected to support relaxation and emotional balance, is gently applied during the session to enrich the sensory experience and enhance release.
